All exchanges and returns are handled per the terms below.

Any and all exchanges or returns may be rejected and are subject to our complete and sole discretion.

There is a 20% handling charge on all accepted exchanges or returns.
III
No exchanges or returns will be accepted without a copy of the invoice.
IV
No exchanges or returns after 30 days.
V
No exchanges or returns on boiler or water heater controls.
VI
No exchanges or returns on any tools.
VII
No exchanges or returns on any fixtures (sinks, cabinets, etc.).
VIII
No exchanges or returns on any electrical items.
IX
No exchanges or returns on faucets, stems or cartridges.
